Pete and Sharon Hammer bred and raised
"Arnie" from a foal. As we watched "Arnie" take those first wobbly
steps, we knew he was special. He was such a beautiful baby. As he
matured we could see that he had all of the qualities necessary to be a
successful breeding horse. Confirmation, movement, bloodlines,
disposition and charisma! Designed By Secret began his show career in
the year 2000, winning the Hunter Under Saddle Futurity in Kentucky,
placing 3rd at the OQHBF in the 3 year Old HUS and Semi-Finalist at the
All American Quarter Horse Congress as 3 year Old in the Jr. HUS. "Arnie"
continued to compete as a 4 year old in the Jr. HUS consistently beating
out world champions through the US. "Arnie" was then soon retired due to
injury.
Not only did
Designed By Secret prove that he could compete on a National Level, but
he is proving his foals can too! They are winning in the Open, Youth,
Amateur and Novice Divisions. foals are earning numerous all arounds in
all divisions, including year end high points, futurity wins in Halter,
HUS, and WP. Congress Finalist and AQHA World Show qualifiers.
With
foals earning points in 9 events Arnie is proving to be a great All
Around sire!
